You will synthesize findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations, map complex workflows, develop UX strategies, and create low- to high-fidelity interaction and UI designs in Figma.
This position supports projects end-to-end and may require acting as the sole UX resource on individual initiatives. You will collaborate with technical and business partners to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with project constraints.
