• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer service teams.
• Collaborate with teams to implement customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
• Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to gain insights and benchmark performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key customer metrics and campaign effectiveness.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a similar role.
