Within Digital Customer Workflows, the UX Research & Usability team enables data-informed product and experience decisions by combining strong research methodology, robust research practices, and clear storytelling. We work across customer segments, including business-to-business experiences for hearing care professionals and business-to-consumer journeys for hearing aid wearers.

What you will do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research activities
  • Assisting with interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, diary studies, and field research
  • Supporting co-creation workshops with hearing care professionals, hearing aid wearers, and internal stakeholders
  • Helping prepare research materials, discussion guides, surveys, prototypes, and workshop activities
  • Recruiting research participants and supporting the maintenance of participant panels and research databases
  • Organizing, cleaning, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data
  • Supporting the synthesis of findings into clear themes, insights, and recommendations
  • Conducting desk research and reviewing existing research, customer feedback, survey results, and other available data
  • Contributing to research outputs such as presentations, research reports, user journeys, and service blueprints
  • Helping maintain clear research documentation and repositories so that knowledge can be reused across teams
  • Supporting communication of research findings through clear storytelling and engaging research materials
  • Contributing to ad hoc research and team activities as needed

What you bring

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying anthropology, psychology, sociology, cognitive science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, data science, digital design, or a related field at AAU, DTU, ITU, KU, or a similar institution
  • Are on the fourth or fifth semester of your bachelor’s degree
  • Have a strong interest in UX research, user behavior and digital products
  • AI literacy and a strong interest in emerging technologies
  • Are curious about both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Can work systematically with data and identify meaningful patterns
  • Have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Communicate clearly and can present information in a structured and understandable way

Personal competencies

  • Are comfortable asking questions, learning new methods, and working with topics that are not fully defined
  • Are collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working with colleagues from different professional backgrounds
  • Pay attention to research quality, documentation, confidentiality, and ethical handling of participant data
  • Are structured, organized, and proactive.
