Responsibilities

We are looking for an action-oriented and ambitious designer who thinks beyond visuals and wants to shape business growth through great digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of UI/UX, marketing, technology, and strategy.

A strategic and hands-on growth design role helping execute digital user experiences across website, webshop, and product, while driving scalable growth initiatives for global B2B customers.

- Design experiences that drive growth

Create user flows, prototypes, and polished designs across web and product touchpoints. Optimize websites, self-serve funnels, and customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and lead quality.

- Think strategically

Translate user needs and business priorities into practical, high-impact solutions. Identify friction points, uncover growth opportunities, and propose improvements backed by research, data, and market insight.

- Collaborate across teams

Work closely with website, product, and eCommerce teams to deliver aligned experiences. Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders, and help drive initiatives from concept to launch.

- Use data to improve decisions

Leverage analytics, testing, customer feedback, and performance insights to guide decisions. Apply a test-and-learn mindset to continuously optimize experiences and prioritize work based on impact.

- Explore the future of UX

Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and emerging digital experiences. Stay current with evolving customer expectations, evolving technologies, and industry trends. Bring fresh thinking to how digital journeys should work tomorrow.

Requirements
  • Educational background: Degree in Product Design, UI/UX, Media Design, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in B2B SaaS environments is also valued.

  • Professional experience: Initial experience gained through internships, working student roles, freelance work, or relevant personal projects. Exposure to fast-paced digital businesses or subscription-based products is a strong advantage.

  • Growth & UX understanding: Strong understanding of digital funnels, onboarding flows, conversion journeys, website optimization, and eCommerce. Proven track record of supporting and executing A/B tests to optimize performance. Ability to connect design decisions with business impact and user satisfaction.

  • Design craft & tools: Strong proficiency in Figma, combined with a sharp visual eye, attention to detail, and strong usability instincts. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Salesforce, Magento, Sitecore, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Technology & innovation mindset: Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate ideation, and explore new opportunities in digital experience design. Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and evolving user behavior.

  • Collaboration & communication: Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams. Strong communication skills with confidence to present ideas, explain rationale, and align stakeholders.

  • Languages: Business fluency in English is required. APAC languages are a plus (e.g., Chinese, Japanese).
