We are looking for: UX Designer

You aspire to be a complete Creator who can come up with brilliant ideas AND help to make it. Coming from a development background, you become comfortable with co-creating new UI designs, implementing technical prototypes, and rapidly make improvements in short cycles. The mission of our UXD team is to investigate, invent, prove, and evolve advanced UX concepts with an eye towards new trends in the use of AI in helping people to be more productive and content. The challenge is to quickly find the "right thing to build" by focusing on validating UX concepts and solving design issues early.

You’ll make a difference by:

·Work closely with our Customer Success team and Design Teams to build prototypes and innovative application experiences for our users

·Collect customer feedback and thrive to provide the best user experience

·To understand customer issues/needs, work with UI developers to root cause and provide solutions

·Support core product UI Developers

·Build reusable and adaptable components design

·Optimize UI for the best performance, quality and efficiency

·Work on Bug fixes, Fit & Finish and UI enhancements

·Work alongside and learn from a talented group of engineers with a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds

·Need to have a good command over HTML, CSS and JavaScript .

You’ll win us over by:

·Lives and breathes the user-centered design and the design thinking process.

·Knowledge of the energy and/or utility industry, e.g. you know what KWH means and how you're paying for electricity

·Knowledge of rapid implementation tools and techniques.

·Experience with design tools for low fidelity (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq) and high fidelity (e.g. Adobe XD, Invision).

·Adept at crafting adaptive layouts that maintain usability on varying screen resolutions.

You’d describe yourself as:

·BE in Computer Science or equivalent

·4 - 6 years of experience in designing modern

·Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.

·Expert-level knowledge of CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, custom variables, and media queries.

·Hands‑on experience fixing UI inconsistencies, cross‑browser issues, responsive layout bugs, and pixel‑perfect styling.

·Ability to improve and refactor existing UI code for maintainability and scalability.

·Ability to convert Figma/Sketch designs into clean, semantic, production-ready HTML/CSS.
