Client is looking for a talented UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and creating scalable design systems. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare domain will be highly preferred, particularly those who have worked on clinical applications, patient-facing solutions, EHR platforms, or other healthcare technology products. A strong understanding of accessibility standards, usability best practices, and complex workflow design is essential. Experience working in Agile environments and communicating design decisions effectively across cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
• Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design
solutions
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and design best practices
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
• Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy applications
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in the healthcare domain (EHRs, clinical tools, patient apps, health tech platforms,etc.)
• Familiarity with healthcare usability, accessibility, or compliance considerations
• Experience working in agile or product-driven teams
Nice to Have
• Experience with usability testing tools or user research methods
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)
