UX Designer 界面设计师(UX)BeijingExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Lead the overall design process of 3D tool products, ensuring the user experience aligns with user habits and expectations;
2. Design and optimize product user interfaces, including layout, color schemes, typography, and other elements to enhance usability and aesthetics;
3. Create 3D elements and scenes for products to strengthen visual appeal and interactivity;
4. Design and produce motion graphics—including interface transition animations, interactive feedback animations—to improve operational fluidity and engagement.
1、主导负责3D工具产品的整体设计流程，确保产品的用户体验符合用户习惯和期望；
2、设计并优化产品的用户界面，包括布局、色彩、字体等元素，提升界面的可用性和美观度；
3、为产品设计 3D 元素和场景，增强产品的视觉吸引力和互动性；
4、设计并制作动效，包括界面转场动画、交互反馈动画等，提升用户操作的流畅性和趣味性。Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or related fields;
2. 3+ years of UX/UI design experience; proficiency in Sketch, AE, Figma, and other design tools;
3. Expertise in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max), with skills in 3D modeling, material/texture creation, lighting, and rendering;
4. Familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie), capable of independently creating motion graphics;
5. Strong visual design sensibility with acute awareness of color, composition, and typography;
6. Priority given to candidates with 3D/motion design experience or a background in online design platforms/3D product design.
1、本科及以上学历，美术、建筑、设计等相关专业优先；
2、3 年以上用户体验 / 界面设计工作经验，熟练掌握 Sketch、AE、Figma 设计工具；
3、精通 3D 软件（如 Blender、Maya、3ds Max 等），具备 3D 建模、材质纹理制作、灯光渲染等技能；
3、熟悉动效设计软件（如 After Effects、Lottie 等），能够独立完成动效设计和制作；
4、具备良好的视觉设计能力，对色彩、构图、排版有敏锐的感知和把握；
5、3D 设计和动效制作经验、在线设计平台或 3D 相关产品设计经验者优先考虑。 Apply
