UX Designer – Enterprise Imaging
For our Enterprise Imaging solution suite we are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our team in (Vienna).
The UX Designer is a highly motivated individual who grows UXD awareness and partners with multiple scrum teams to deliver industry leading user experience across the Enterprise Imaging Platform. This relentless focus on improved user experience should drive increased intuitiveness and reduced cognitive load for our end user. He/she is part of a multi-functional team responsible for definition, development, delivery, serviceability, and lifecycle of software products used in Agfa.
The UX Designer closely collaborates with Product Managers and end-users to design & deliver safe & effective healthcare IT products. They are conscious of the costs to build, deploy and maintain user interfaces; continually striving to ensure an optimal user experience.
As a key member of the Product Management team, you will be involved in the investigation, research & creation of new UX concepts. Including the development and delivery of a product suite that enables healthcare providers to consolidate and integrate health records & images for millions of patients across the globe. Using the latest technologies, you will interact directly with R&D, key forward thinking customers and customer project implementation teams, ensuring successful design and specification of the overall solution. You embrace new technologies, are eager to learn, and are motivated knowing that what you are doing will save and improve lives.
You will advise our Product Teams including architects, developers, verification engineers, and work with end-users to analyze new novel functionalities, data presentation, optimization of information access, and design a GUI for it. You ask the right questions during design discussions, revealing gaps in the requirements gathering. You are a genius when it comes to finding simple UXD solutions for very complex use cases. You have a passion to work with customers to understand their challenges and find solutions to improve their activities.

The minimum salary for this position is 50.000 € p.a. The actual compensation dependents on qualification and experience.
