Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Wix team. As a UX Designer, you’ll:

• Designing for a platform at a pivotal moment - balancing ambitious new product bets with the complexity of a large, established user base and a fast-moving AI landscape.
• Take ownership of specific product areas end-to-end - from defining the problem space to shipping and iterating post-launch
• Drive design strategy for a given scope, set priorities, and advocate for user needs at a product level

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ensure UX solutions align with user needs and technical feasibility.

• Present and validate design decisions using a mix of data, user feedback, and product intuition.

• Contribute to design guidelines to maintain consistent, scalable patterns across the Wix ecosystem.

• Iterate and evolve designs based on quantitative metrics (analytics) and qualitative insights (user testing).

• Navigate complexity, balancing ambitious new AI-driven product bets with the needs of a large, established user base.

• Take end-to-end ownership of specific product areas—from defining the problem space to post-launch iteration.

• Drive design strategy for your scope, setting priorities and advocating for the user at every level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in product teams

• Proficiency in Figma and design systems

• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in an agile environment

• Strong understanding of UX best practices—from research to final design handoff

• Strong business acumen with a user-centric mindset

• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Being highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Having a strong customer focus and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
