UX Designer – Design System & User Research

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user needs and understand user contexts and requirements.
• Plan and conduct UX research, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
• Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring components, patterns, and guidelines remain consistent, accessible, and up to date.
• Support analysts and developers in designing and implementing user interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and UX/UI standards, including WCAG 2.1.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Figma, Axure, Conceptboard, Mentimeter
• Design System management and maintenance
• Mobile-first prototyping
• WCAG 2.1 / accessibility
• A strong portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will be rejected.

Languages

• French: Native
• Dutch: Active knowledge / bilingual
• English: Active knowledge
