The role requires simplifying complex financial processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, especially for mobile-first and emerging market users. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of end-to-end UX for device financing (application, approval, disbursement, repayment)
Translate complex credit and financing processes into simple, intuitive user flows
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize customer experience and conversion
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for mobile platforms
Work closely with product, engineering, and risk teams to align UX with business and compliance needs
Identify and resolve drop-off points in the financing journey
Ensure clear communication of pricing, repayment terms, and penalties
Requirements
3+ years of UX design experience, with a strong focus on fintech or device financing
Proven experience designing loan, BNPL, or asset financing products
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
