Job Description

Quick Systems is looking for an experienced UX Designer to shape the user experience and interface design of Quick3, a cloud-based ERP platform purpose-built for workshops, dealers, specialized retail, and wholesale businesses across the Nordics.

Quick3 is positioned as a strategic core product within the Confirma Software group, and this role will work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams across multiple countries and portfolio companies.

This is a hands-on design role at the intersection of user research, interaction design, and domain expertise, with real influence over how a modern Nordic ERP platform looks, feels, and works.

This is a full-time position, and we expect the successful candidate to be residing in Gjøvik or Oslo. Travel within the Nordic region may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

UX strategy & design vision

· Define and evolve the UX vision, design principles, and interaction patterns for Quick3 in line with the group’s product strategy.

· Translate business requirements, user research insights, and customer needs into clear, intuitive design solutions and interaction flows.

· Ensure design consistency between Quick Systems, Confirma group products, and local market expectations across the Nordics.

· Lead design for key initiatives related to automation, integrations, and vertical workflows, from concept through delivery.

User research & service design

· Own user experience and service design across the full customer journey – from onboarding and daily use to standardization and scaling.

· Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that ensure intuitive workflows for complex ERP and accounting processes.

· Plan and conduct discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and close collaboration with customer success and support teams.

· Design self-service onboarding flows and scalable UI patterns that reduce dependency on manual delivery and support.

Agile design & collaboration

· Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams in an agile, iterative development model.

· Contribute to design sprints, backlog refinement, and prioritization based on user value and business impact.

· Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term design system sustainability and consistency.

· Deliver clear design specifications, outcome-based goals, and continuous feedback loops with developers and stakeholders.

ERP, accounting & domain understanding

· Build understanding of ERP systems, accounting, and operational workflows to design robust, trustworthy interfaces.

· Collaborate with product managers, accounting experts, and domain specialists to ensure correctness, standardization, and usability.

· Help position Quick3 as a single source of truth through clear, coherent interface design across operations, inventory, suppliers, transactions, and financials.

Key Qualifications

Experience & background

· 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer in SaaS or enterprise software.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating service design or interaction design and customer-centric design work.

· Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.

· Experience designing for ERP systems, accounting software, or transaction-heavy platforms is highly valued.

· Solid understanding of agile development practices and experience embedded in cross-functional product teams. Experience operating in matrix organizations or multi-country / group setups is a strong advantage.

Skills & mindset

· Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, usable interfaces.

· Comfortable balancing big-picture design thinking with hands-on craft and pixel-level execution.

· Data-informed, structured, and outcome-oriented.

· Clear communicator who can present and defend design decisions with stakeholders across product, tech, delivery, sales, and management.

· Motivated by building scalable design systems and reusable patterns rather than bespoke one-offs.

Language & location

· Scandinavian language (written and spoken).

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).

· Based in Norway (Gjøvik/Oslo).

· Some travel within the Nordics may be expected.
