As the UX Design Manager (US), you will lead and develop a high‑performing team of designers responsible for US Pizza Hut digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In collaboration with UX senior leadership, this role is accountable for delivering high‑quality design outcomes for the US market and plays a key role in influencing and helping shape the strategy that guides how teams work.
This role balances people leadership, design quality, and cross‑functional influence. You will help shape and reinforce team direction, raise the bar on craft and execution, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to deliver customer‑centered outcomes at scale.

How You’ll Succeed
Salary Range: $137,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
