What You'll do:

- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery to delivery and continuous improvement;

- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and workshops to identify user needs and validate solutions;

- Transform business and user requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences;

- Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma;

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design and deliver impactful product features;

- Maintain design consistency through the evolution of the Secure GPT Design System;

- Validate and iterate solutions based on user feedback, research insights, and product objectives;

- Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders while promoting UX best practices;

- Hybrid Work Model.



Who You Are:

- 3+ years of Product Design experience in web applications;

- Proven experience managing the full design lifecycle, from Discovery to Delivery;

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff;

- Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design, user research, interviews, usability testing, and Design Thinking;

- Experience designing B2B, SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital products;

- Ability to translate business needs into validated, user-centered solutions;

- Comfortable working in Agile and cross-functional teams;

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

- English proficiency required.
