As a UX Creative Technologist, Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Design System and Storytelling Team in the Employee Experience organization, you will be a senior individual contributor and craft authority at the center of building an AI-native design system from the ground up. You will bring deep expertise in design systems and AI-augmented engineering to a code-first foundation built to work for both humans and AI — starting at the foundation and pushing further into agent orchestration, automations, and middle-layer connections that help the system self-serve and enable every team across the organization. You will partner closely with the Design Director and associate designers, setting the quality bar for everything built on top of the system and owning your work from day one.

We take complex problems and make them feel immediately obvious through systems, tooling, and AI-augmented workflows — letting a small team ship like a large one and raising the standard for how the Employee Experience organization designs and builds across the firm. You will bring a creative portfolio and a codebase that prove it: real coded experiences that users love, deep user-experience understanding, expertise in complex applications and systems, and a clear command of how to work with AI — both to generate experiences and to ship agents into a workflow.
