We are seeking an experienced UX Community and Enablement Manager to build and scale a company-wide UX and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) ecosystem.
This role combines community-driven knowledge sharing with structured capability development to embed user-centered design across Product, Engineering and Business teams. Acting as a key driver of UX maturity and organizational change, the role ensures that user-centered design becomes a standard way of working across the organization.
The goal is to ensure UX is not just about delivering designs, but about helping teams build the right products in the right way.

UX Community Development: Build and scale a global UX community, including governance, formats, platforms and shared assets (e.g., playbooks, templates, standards).
UX Awareness & Advocacy: Drive UX adoption across the organization through storytelling, leadership engagement, and internal communication.
Community Engagement: Design and facilitate events (e.g., guilds, chapters, meetups, demos) to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Training & Capability Building: Own and scale a structured UX learning framework (e.g., multi-level learning paths, role-based training and expert development)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Embed UX practices into Product and Engineering workflows, strengthening collaboration and ways of working.
Measurement & Impact: Define and track UX maturity and community success metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, capability growth).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or a related field
Several years of experience in UX, Product Design or User Research in cross-functional environments
Proven experience in community building, enablement or organizational development
Experience designing and delivering training or coaching
Strong facilitation, storytelling and communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels without direct authority
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large, distributed organizations is a plus
Fluent in English
