We’re hiring a UTV Refurbishment Technician at our UTV refurbishment facility in Mexico, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

The UTV Refurbishment Technician will perform the complete teardown and reassembly of incoming UTVs to exact specifications, including staging parts, making mechanical and electrical repairs, and operating the wash bay as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Tear down incoming UTVs — remove beds, cages, panels, and components as needed to prep units for refurbishment, and stage/tag parts so they make it back onto the correct unit later.
• Reassemble units once refinishing is complete — reinstall components, perform mechanical and electrical repairs, and rebuild units to spec.
• Rotate into the wash bay as needed to clean incoming or completed units, working around teardown/reassembly workload rather than a fixed schedule.
• Move between stations based on daily workload and backlog — this role is built around versatility, not a single fixed task.
• Follow facility safety procedures at every station, and flag quality issues before a unit moves to the next stage.

• Physical Requirements:
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and general shop equipment used for teardown, reassembly, and maintenance.
• Capable of performing repetitive assembly tasks with high precision and consistency to ensure uniform quality across all units.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, remaining flexible as new facility processes are established and refined.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills paired with a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and personal accountability.
• Views workplace challenges as opportunities for innovation and learning.
• Actively embraces operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Sustains high energy, effort, and optimism in daily tasks.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
• Prior mechanical, small-engine, powersports, automotive, or diesel equipment experience is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate hands-on mechanical ability.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and work in a shop environment.
• Must be able to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment (engine hoists, dollies, lift carts).
