Position Summary:
Peter Becker Community is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher/Utility Worker to join our Dining Services Team! This role is essential in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. You’ll support our culinary staff by maintaining kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes and equipment, and assisting with general utility tasks.
💼 Responsibilities:
- 🍽 Set up and operate dishwashing machine
- 🧴 Fill pot sinks and wash pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and flatware
- 🧼 Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment (“clean as you go”)
- 🧹 Assist with general kitchen sanitation duties as assigned
- 👨🍳 Support the Chef and/or Dining Services Director with utility tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED preferred
- 💪 Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- 😀 Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
- 🧽 No prior experience required—training provided!
