Job Description

The Housekeeping Utility Cleaner is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the venue. The Utility Cleaner must have experience with floor care cleaning machines, scrubbers and other equipment. Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay Rate: $20/hour Location: Koval Lane, Las Vegas
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning
• Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers
• Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees
• Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces
• Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.
• Experience with pressure washers.

• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations

  
  

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experienced with floor care cleaning machines, scrubbers and other equipment.
• Valid Driver's License for MVR
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
