INTERNAL APPLICATIONS

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To safely load and transport ore, material and explosives by means of a Utility Vehicle

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 10/Abel Level 3 is essential
• Trackless equipment physical experience is essential
• Utility Vehicle experience will be considered an advantage
• Must Pass a dover test
• Valid driver's licence is essential
• Valid Medical Certificate, or medically fit to obtain such a certificate

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Transporting required material and explosives
• Good understanding of explosives handling procedures
• Ensuring that there is a proper machine appreciation
• Properly communicate defects associated with machine appreciation
• Maintaining proper tyre appreciation
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the work environment
• Operate machinery according to the said standards and procedure.
• Conduct work in a safe and accurate way.
• Ensuring Effective teamwork by establishing interaction between team members
• Minimize working cost through an appreciation for machinery maintenance needs and good operating practice.
• Reporting of any unexpected problems to the supervisor
• Providing feedback as requested
