Utility Teknikker / Maskinmester får du ansvar for drift og vedligehold af centrale forsyningssystemer og en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at produktionen kører som den skal.
Din rolle
Du har ansvar for vandsystemer, der understøtter GMP-produktion og laboratorier. Fokus er på stabil drift, høj oppetid og overholdelse af krav.
Dine opgaver
Drift og vedligehold af vandsystemer til GMP-områder
Fejlfinding og root cause-analyser
Planlagt og korrigerende vedligehold i proceskritiske miljøer
Opdatering af teknisk dokumentation (fx P&ID, SOP’er og instruktioner)
Håndtering af ændringer, afvigelser og CAPA
Deltagelse i projekter og overdragelse til drift
Deltagelse ved audits og inspektioner
Indgå i vagtordning
Teamet
Du bliver en del af Utility-teamet i Plant Engineering. Vi har ansvar for drift, vedligehold og compliance på tværs af sitet i København.
Vi arbejder med systemer som HVAC, PW/WFI, ren damp, trykluft, tekniske gasser og køl.
Teamet består af erfarne teknikere og specialister. Vi arbejder tæt sammen, hjælper hinanden og tager ansvar for, at tingene fungerer.
Hvem vi leder efter
Du har en teknisk baggrund og trives med ansvar i et reguleret miljø. Du arbejder struktureret, kan finde årsager til problemer og få dem løst i praksis.
Vi forestiller os, at du har:
Relevant teknisk baggrund (fx maskinmester eller tekniker)
Erfaring fra pharma, biotech, fødevare eller lignende
Kendskab til GMP og dokumentation
Dansk og engelsk på et niveau, hvor du kan arbejde med dokumentation

Arbejdstid

Ensure reliable utility systems and help keep the production of critical medicines running
At AGC Biologics we manufacture biologic medicines for patients around the world. Our production site in Søborg depends on stable and reliable utility systems around the clock.
As a Utility Technician / Marine Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring stable operations by supporting and maintaining critical utility systems used across production and laboratory areas.
You will be responsible for water systems supporting GMP production and laboratories, with a focus on operational stability, uptime, and compliance.
Operating and maintaining water systems supporting GMP production areas
Troubleshooting and performing root cause analyses
Carrying out planned and corrective maintenance in process-critical environments
Updating technical documentation such as P&IDs, SOPs, and work instructions
Managing changes, deviations, and CAPAs
Participating in projects and handovers to operations
Supporting audits and inspections
Participating in an on-call rotation
You will join the Utility team within Plant Engineering, responsible for operations, maintenance, and compliance across our Copenhagen site.
The team works with systems including HVAC, PW/WFI, clean steam, compressed air, technical gases, and cooling systems.
We are a team of experienced technicians and specialists who work closely together, support one another, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
You have a technical background and enjoy working in a regulated environment with a high level of responsibility. You approach tasks in a structured way, are good at identifying the root causes of issues, and can turn solutions into action.
A relevant technical background, such as Marine Engineer, Technician, or similar
Experience from pharma, biotech, food production, or another regulated industry
Knowledge of GMP and technical documentation
Strong Danish and English skills, both written and spoken
A role with direct impact on production and product quality
Opportunity to take ownership and contribute to technical solutions
A highly technical environment with complex systems
An informal and collaborative team environment with short decision-making paths
The role is primarily daytime hours, although occasional evening and weekend work may occur. Participation in an on-call rotation is expected and planned in advance.
