The Jr. Production Worker / Technician is responsible for supporting the assembly and testing of products in a manufacturing environment. This role performs basic tasks under supervision and contributes to maintaining production quality and efficiency.
This job profile is intended for entry-level support staff who follow specific instructions and procedures, with supervision provided for non-routine situations. Tasks can be carried out after basic training or demonstration.
This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.
Assist in assembling and testing products.
Follow safety and quality procedures.
Report defects and support troubleshooting.
Maintain tools and workstations.
Document production activities.
Learn and apply production techniques.
Skills & Qualifications
May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and the ability to carry out assigned tasks after initial instruction or demonstration.
Basic technical and mechanical skills.
Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
