About the role:

The Stewarding teamis responsible formaintaininga clean “heart of house” and kitchen environmentOur stewards also ensure a safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department—including the kitchen and banquet teams—as well as other heart-of-house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations.The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times.Thisrole reportsto theExecutive Stewardandis overseen by theHotel’sExecutive Chef

What you will do:

• Supply Management:Monitoring supplies to ensure that the departmentis fully stocked

• DishwareEnsuring that each outlet has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware

• Sanitation:Maintainingclean and organized spaces for the hotel

• Communication/Teamwork:Collaborating with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingstrong attention to detail.

• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time andmaintainphysical mobility.

• Positive attitude and willingness to goabove and beyondexpectations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

​Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position

• The working hours will vary and may include mornings, days, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and weekends.
