What You'll Be Doing

• Perform a variety of service, inspection, or labor operations throughout the quarry or plants.
• Maintain strong communications with all other plant employees to ensure efficient and safe workflow.
• Assist in maintenance work and area cleanup, this is honestly the bulk of the work.
• Will perform other duties as may be requested.

What Are We Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years prior experience in the aggregate industry preferred; experience in aggregate plant operation and maintenance a plus.
• Highly dependable, ability to work in fast paced environment
• Prior experience operating mobile equipment (man reach, telehandler, skid steer, etc.) and machinery a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
