What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general labor tasks to support safe and efficient aggregate plant operations.
• Operate mobile and plant equipment as trained to maintain production flow.
• Assist with routine plant maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping activities.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to ensure reliable, continuous operation.
• Support team members with hands-on tasks across the site as operational needs arise.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
