Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Night Utility team member to support cleaning and floor care across all floors during the night shift. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment through routine cleaning, project work, and support tasks as assigned by Management.

· Perform carpet cleaning and hard floor cleaning throughout assigned areas

· Complete house tickets and periodic project work as assigned

· Escort vendors when needed and support building operations

· Safely operate heavy machinery and commercial cleaning equipment

· Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and quality standards at all times

· Must be able to lift over 50lbs

Qualifications: Previous experience with stripping, waxing, shampooing, and extracting floors is required.

Reporting & Skills: This position reports directly to the Night Supervisor. Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and read floor designs.
