Utility Manager

The Utility Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of all facility systems and infrastructure across multiple manufacturing plants. This includes oversight of boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, building operations, and civil infrastructure. The Facility Manager leads proactive maintenance programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads spare parts management to guarantee uninterrupted production.

By driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing contractors, and coordinating with the Energy & Water Site Lead (EWSL), the Utility Manager safeguards the long-term sustainability of plant operations with all facility systems running safely, efficiently, and optimized operational costs.

Education and working experience required

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical or Thermal engineering.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in utility operation in a manufacturing company, complex industrial organizations.

- Experience managing utilities across multiple sites is preferred.

- Proven experience leading engineers, technicians, and contractors in utility and facility operations and maintenance.

- Good command of English.
