Job Location: Birchwood, WI 54817
Job Category: ManufacturingPay and Shift
Pay: $19.00/h
Shift: Flexible (24-32 hours)
- Monitor and remove waste from production workstations and dispose of materials in the appropriate waste streams.
- Sort scrap materials and load designated trailers using a forklift.
- Sweep and maintain production areas, exterior grounds, and the area surrounding the sawdust trailer.
- Perform general facility housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities as directed.
- Support the installation, repair, and upkeep of facility equipment and property.
- Assist with painting, minor building repairs, and other general maintenance projects as assigned.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support other team members through collaboration and communication.
- Day-to-day direction provided by supervisor.

Qualifications
- One year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and twisting throughout the shift.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
