Who you are:

• To ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant utilities and auxiliary facilities, directly supporting the core manufacturing processes (Assembly, Pressing, Brazing, Testing) of heat exchanger production.

确保工厂所有公用设施及辅助设备的安全、可靠、高效运行，直接为换热器生产的核心制造流程（装配、压装、钎焊、测试）提供支持。

• Drive execution of maintenance and improvement plans in line with the company priorities: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

根据公司 “安全、质量、交付、成本 ”的核心优先级，推动维护与改善计划的执行。

About the job:

安全与环境优先Safety & Environmental Priority:

• Put safety as the absolute priority in all activities, ensuring full compliance with EHS policies, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and chemical management (MSDS) regulations.
• 在所有工作中将安全置于绝对首位，确保完全遵守EHS政策、上锁挂牌程序以及化学品管理（ MSDS）规定

核心设施运维Core Facilities Operation & Maintenance:

• Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of key plant utilities, including but not limited to:

负责工厂关键公用设施的预防性和纠正性维护，包括但不限于：

• Power distribution systems (low voltage). /配电系统（低压）
• HVAC system. /暖通空调系统。
• High Pressure Compressed air system /高压压缩空气系系统
• RO and cooling water system/纯水和冷却水系统
• Gas system/气体系统
• Factory lighting, building infrastructure, and access gates. /工厂照明、建筑基础设施及门禁系统

关键生产辅助设备维护Key Production Support Equipment Maintenance:

• Responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and certification of all lifting and transporting equipment, ensuring 100% compliance and availability for production.

负责所有起重和运输设备的维护、检查与认证，确保其100%合规并满足生产可用性。

• Forklifts and other plant vehicles.

叉车及其他厂内车辆。

能源管理与优化Energy Management & Optimization:

• Oversee energy consumption measurement, data collection, and analysis. Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce energy costs (electricity, compressed air).

负责能源消耗计量、数据收集与分析。推动持续改进项目以降低能源成本（电力、压缩空气）。

• Maintain and calibrate energy metering equipment.

维护与校准能源计量设备。

新项目与改进支持New Project & Improvement Support:

• Actively participate in the introduction of new equipment (e.g., Presses, Vacuum Brazing Furnaces, Testing Rigs) from a utility interface and facility preparation perspective.
• 从公用设施和厂房角度，积极参与新设备（如压机、真空钎焊炉、测试设备）的引进工作。
• Lead or support facility-related improvement and automation (Industry 4.0) initiatives. /
• 主导或支持与设施相关的改进及自动化（工业 4.0）项目。

团队与计划管理Team & Planning Management:

• Plan, assign, and follow up on the daily work of maintenance technicians.

规划、分配并跟踪维护技术员的日常工作。

• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all responsible facilities.

为所有负责的设施制定并执行全面的预防性维护计划。

• Manage spare parts inventory for utility systems to minimize downtime.

管理公用系统备件库存，以最大限度减少停机时间。

其他职责Other Responsibilities:

• Complete other tasks assigned by the Manager.

What you know:

• Familiar with basic structure and working principles of automatic equipment.

熟悉自控机电设备的结构和基本原理。

• Hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting high & low voltage power distribution systems.
• 具备高低压配电系统的维护及故障诊断实操经验。
• Practical experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation.
• 具有全面生产维护的实际推行经验。
• Be familiar with office software, skilled CAD.

熟练应用办公软件及 CAD软件。

• Good command of English in both written and oral communication (working in a multinational environment).
• 良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力（跨国工作环境）。
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Green Belt certification is a strong plus.

熟悉持续改进工具（如 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma）。持有绿带认证者优先。

• College or bachelor of Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or equivalent experience.

大专及以上程度机电一体化专业或自控工程相关类。

• At least 5 years working experience in Manufacturing Companies in maintenance positions.

五年以上相关设备的维护经验。

• Valid Low Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate. Special Equipment Management Certificate​ with endorsements for A3 (Pressure Vessel), A5 (Lifting Machinery), and A8 (Plant Vehicles) is highly preferred.
• 持有有效的低压电工操作证。特种设备管理员证

具备 A3（压力容器）、 A5（起重机械）、 A8（厂内车辆）项目者优先考虑。
