Job Description

Safety-Kleen Burlington, ON is seeking a Driver with a DZ license (Manual transmission is a must) for Safety-Kleen’s New Lubricant businessto join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for safely providing world-class service and selling high quality in-demand products while complying with all local, provincial, and federal rules and regulations.   • Work schedule: Mon to Fri 7-5pm

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Manual transmission is a must
  • Operates company Oil Tanker Trucks safely;
  • Operates company Lubricant Box Trucks safely;
  • Completes pre and post trip inspections;
  • Moves hoses, connects hoses;
  • Completes service calls in the designated route;
  • Sells high quality and in-demand products along the way.
  • Works with New Lubricant business;
  • Works with Customers on their needs;
  • Works with handheld computers;
  • Class AZ / DZ license is required;
  • Manual transmission is a must
  • Clean driver’s abstract required for role;
  • Positive and safe work ethic required;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills;
  • Previous Route Sales experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience with manual transmission required;
  • Previous Tanker experience using a tanker truck .
  • Box trucks have totes that oil is going into
  • Previous Fluid hauling experience
  • General level of computer literacy.
  • Customer Service skills
  • Good Communication Skills -Oral and Written required.
  • Ability to follow all company policies;
  • Ability to follow all transportation compliance policies;
