Looking for a Superstar KEY Team Player!

The Best of Both Worlds — Behind the Bar & On the Floor!

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, take-charge team player to fill a unique and important role in our restaurant: UTILITY.

This is not your typical support position. It's an opportunity to become a KEY player in both our bar and dining room operations.

What You'll Do:

• Bar Support: Handle bar back responsibilities, keep the bar stocked and organized, assist bartenders, and make sure the bar runs smoothly.
• Floor Support: Handle busser responsibilities, maintain clean and organized tables, assist servers, and keep the dining room moving efficiently.
• Take Charge: Anticipate the needs of both teams, stay one step ahead, and help lead the flow of service.
• Be the Go-To: Become an essential link between the bar and the floor. Great communication, initiative, and teamwork are a must!

COMPENSATION:

• $15.00 per hour guaranteed base pay.
• Additional tip-outs from BOTH the server team AND the bar team.
• Earn from two sides of the operation while receiving hourly compensation!
