Utility Administrative Assistant

Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your expertise in data entry, payroll processing, and document management will be key in meeting corporate deadlines and supporting our mission.

Requirements:

Availability to work weekends is essential.

Ability to climb and work on elevated surfaces as required.

Ability to work outdoors 25% of the time and indoors 75% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, damage reporting, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Norfolk Southern, carriers, and various OEMs to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide payroll and disciplinary reporting support for team members.
• Maintain internal system reporting for Road and Rail Services.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.

Skills and Certifications:
Valid state driver's license to operate company vehicles.
Compliance with all Conditions of Employment policies.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:
Ability to hear and respond to verbal safety instructions.
Comfort working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
Normal vision capabilities, including depth perception and peripheral awareness.
Strong multitasking ability and a knack for independent work.
Proficient in data management on computers and able to effectively use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
