About the Role:Join the team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - San Diego as a Utility! In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our bakery operations, ensuring that our delicious cakes are made with love and care. If you have a passion for baking and a desire to contribute to a positive team environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of our signature cakes and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bakery areas.
• Support the team by managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Handle equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with packaging and presentation of finished products for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for baking and a positive demeanor.
• Food Handler's certification is a plus.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
