The Position

Im Bereich Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing Large Molecules stellen wir mit modernsten Anlagen verschiedene therapeutische Wirkstoffe her.

In der Funktion als Utilities Manager unterstützen Sie den Chapter Utilities der Unit Facility Management (FM) & Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) und seine Kunden bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Änderungen, um nahtlosen Support für die kommerzielle & klinische Wirkstoffherstellung in den Bauten 91 (ADC/SUT) und 95 (MAB) bereitzustellen.

Die Möglichkeit

  • Auslösen und Bearbeiten von Änderungen und Abweichungen als Owner auf lokaler Ebene (Drug Substance)
  • Lösungsfindung im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich und darüber hinaus,sowie Mitarbeit bei der Ursachenanalyse
  • Bearbeitung / Überprüfung von technischen GMP Dokumente (Vorschriften)
  • User Vertretung bei Investitions- und Quality Projekten, sowie Beratung (inkl. Review) für die Unit, sowie Mitarbeit in Fragen der Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellen des unterbruchsfreien Betrieb unserer Anlagen und Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und SHE Standards
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den FM&SHE Teams (Operators, Kalibrierer, Facility & Monitoring Managers, SHE Beauftragter) und LT, Manufacturing Units (interne Kunden), QA Partnern, andere Support Organization (Pharma Engineering, Technical Compliance) & DS Site Stakeholders

Wer du bist

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Hochschule oder Fachhochschule, idealerweise im Bereich Verfahrens- und Umwelttechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von GMP-Dokumenten sowie fundiertes cGMP-Verständnis
  • Technisches Know-how in Betrieb, Wartung und Qualifizierung hochautomatisierter Pharma-Anlagen sowie Erfahrung mit Clean & Black Utilities
  • Kenntnisse in Clean & Black Utilities zugehörigen Prozesse (Biotech), Reinstmedien-Monitoring, LEAN, Data Integrity und von KPIs von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse im technischen Schreiben sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
