Utilities Coordinator

Location: Brandon, 33511 - WFH Flexible
They would have to come into the office for the first 2 weeks of training and then once a month for the all company meeting. After the training they would eligible to work from home.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Job duties:

• Coordinate Utility Services Activate electric, water, and gas services at vacant properties on behalf of clients through phone, email, fax, and web platforms.

• Property & Utility Review Assess property conditions using photos, gather client feedback, review utility bills, resolve discrepancies, and allocate payments appropriately.

• Documentation & Compliance Accurately document property records and service actions with notes and supporting materials to meet required timelines and quality standards.

• Client Communication & Support Provide professional, courteous communication with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

• Software & Workflow Management Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks, research utility details, and maintain updated knowledge of company services.

Required:

• Must have (1) year of office experience
• Must be comfortable with light MS Excel: Data entry, sorting, copy/paste
• MS Office proficiency required
• Employer will perform testing
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
