The Utilities Agent will assist the interconnection team in the performance of their job duties, such as submitting/monitoring documentation for approval.
Job duties/responsibilities may include, but not limited to;
Submitting Utilities Applications online, through email, and/or through mail.
Resolving any rejection sent by utility companies by using problem solving skills.
Contacting customers when appropriate to resolve utility rejections.
Occasionally taking inbound calls by either utility companies or customers about resolving utility rejections, or getting customer's systems turned on.
Other duties as assigned
Skill Set Required:
Must be detail oriented and must be able to stay focused while submitting utility applications so as to not cause any discrepancies in information.
Must be open to learning new processes.
Must be computer savvy.
Must be able to communicate professionally through email and over the phone.
