Job Description

USO满意度运营(用车体验方向)上海社招全职用户与服务 - 运营管理本科及以上1-3 年职位描述1. 以提升用户用车体验为目标,以用户视角将用户声音传递至车端相关部门解决/优化
2. 日常负责用户反馈(VOC)运营,进行问题分类、标注和流转,帮助模型和工具迭代提效
3. 有策略地精细化运营VOC案例,从中发现潜在风险问题及时升级,避免舆情和风险扩大
3. 推动跨团队协同的合作沟通,跟踪高优问题方案解决进度直至闭环职位要求1. 本科学历以上,2年以上的用户体验运营、汽车行业相关工作经验
2. 希望你具备较强的自主学习能力、沟通能力、产品思维和体系化思维
3. 希望你具有较强的用户服务意识,以及良好的问题分析和解决能力,有一定的抗压性 投递
