We are an agile, insight-driven research team that partners closely with stakeholders across cultures, time zones, and technical backgrounds. We independently own the full research lifecycle—from method selection and scrappy ops to execution and analysis—while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex product space. Above all, we focus on the must-answer questions that drive key business decisions and confidently advocate for our findings.

Responsibilities
- Work in an agile environment, managing multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Build relationships and communicate insights effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
- Adapt work schedules to collaborate across global time zones and support high-volume research periods.
- Design and execute appropriate research methods to address key questions.
- Conduct end-to-end research in a lean environment, including study design, recruitment, execution, and analysis.
- Perform primary and secondary research, synthesizing insights from multiple data sources.
- Quickly develop understanding of complex product spaces and user needs.
- Identify and prioritize critical research questions that support key business decisions.
- Present and advocate research insights to influence product strategy and stakeholders.
