User Researcher (all genders)

full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Define and evolve user research strategy in close collaboration with Product Design and Product Management, aligned with business outcomes

  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research tailored to product goals and user flows

  • Embed research into shaping and discovery rituals, ensuring insights inform decisions early in the product lifecycle

  • Lead and manage en-to-end research operations (e.g. interviews, usability testing, workshops, surveys), including participant recruitment, ensuring compliance, consent, and representative user samples

  • Synthesize findings into clear deliverables (personas, journey maps, opportunity briefs), engage stakeholders, and drive a user-centered product culture

  • Create rigorous, repeatable research protocols, build a scalable user knowledge repository, and enable research at scale across squads through templates, guidelines, and lightweight frameworks

  • Act as a strategic partner for Product and Design, not only as a research executor

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in user research, ideally in B2B, tech-driven, or complex product environments, with a track record of delivering high-impact research; experience in the mobility or EV charging sector is a plus

  • Expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies and translating insights into actionable product and business decisions

  • Strong skills in participant recruitment, research operations, and user research tools to drive scalable, efficient research campaigns

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, eviden-ce-based recommendations and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders

  • Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on leader with exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced, Agile environments

  • Fluent in English and German with French or Italian as a plus
