About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We’re looking for a Principal UX Designer to shape the future of how marketers engage with customers using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role. You will lead complex design problems end-to-end, drive product thinking alongside PM and Engineering, and set the bar for UX quality across the organization.

You won’t just design screens. You’ll define experiences that simplify complexity, unlock customer value, and scale across a global platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product design for complex, high-impact areas within Marketing Cloud

  • Translate ambiguity into clarity — turning broad problems into intuitive, scalable experiences

  • Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, not just execution

  • Design for scale across workflows, systems, and enterprise use cases

  • Raise the UX bar through strong craft, systems thinking, and attention to detail

  • Use data and research to inform decisions and continuously improve experiences

  • Influence without authority — align stakeholders across functions and levels

  • Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and speed

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of product design experience in complex, data-rich or enterprise environments

  • Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end UX for large product areas

  • Strong systems thinking — you see how pieces connect, not just individual screens

  • Excellent interaction design, information architecture, and problem framing skills

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity across stakeholders

  • Experience working closely with PM and Engineering in agile environments

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can explain the why, not just the what

  • Experience designing for marketers, CRM, or SaaS platforms is a strong plus

What Makes This Role Different

  • You will work on one of Salesforce’s most strategic platforms

  • You’ll solve real complexity at scale, not surface-level UI problems

  • You’ll have autonomy and ownership, with the expectation to lead through influence

  • Your work will directly impact how global brands connect with millions of customers
