Team Overview

The User Growth (Experience) Internship role offers a unique opportunity to support the growth of one of the fastest-growing companies in the market, specifically in a new, exciting, and booming business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to help understand our user base and their needs.

The User Success team is at the heart of our customer-centric strategy. As a User Growth (Experience) Intern, you will help build the bridge between user feedback and business action. Your mission will be to support user journey analysis to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. You won't just look at spreadsheets; you will help us transform data into strategies and operational improvements, ensuring our users don't just use our platform, but love it. This is a role for someone with a strong desire to learn, the ability to think strategically, and a passion for building long-term relationships through an excellent experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Support experience initiatives: Help the team plan and execute projects to improve the user experience across their entire journey.
• Research and analysis: Assist in the creation and execution of user surveys, feedback monitoring, and data analysis (insights) to understand the behavior of our user base.
• Teamwork (Cross-functional): Work side-by-side with the Product and Operations teams to map, understand, and suggest solutions for pain points in the customer journey.
• Turn data into action: Learn to translate insights and reports into practical improvement suggestions, tracking the business impact these changes generate.
• Be the guardian of the user: Actively participate in team discussions, helping to ensure that the "voice of the user" is always remembered and considered in day-to-day decisions.

Role Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in progress. All majors are welcome. 2. Internet Operations Foundation: Possess foundational e-commerce operations experience and hands-on project experience. 3. High Data Sensitivity: Proficient in Excel and SQL. Familiarity with data visualization skills is a plus. Capable of handling basic data processing and graphic/text production needs. 4. Self-Driven & Strong Execution: High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, patient, and capable of driving projects forward under tight deadlines. 5. English proficiency - Full professional.
