User Experience (UX) Designer

Arrow Digital is seeking talented User Experience (UX) Designer to help enhance Arrow Electronics’ online presence. As a UX Designer, you'll engage in research, design, and experimentation to create exceptional user experiences. Your role involves conducting various research methodologies, crafting visual artifacts, designing features and interfaces, and driving iterative improvements through experimentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contribute to Arrow's product vision by researching, prototyping, and designing user-centric experiences.

• Employ a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and refine designs, ensuring optimal usability.

• Create wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups tailored for diverse devices and interfaces.

• Identify user and design challenges, devising elegant solutions that align with Arrow's objectives.

• Make informed design and user experience decisions for existing and new features.

• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to align design efforts with project goals.

• Take calculated risks and advocate for novel ideas to drive innovation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years in UX design, with preference for E-Commerce expertise.

• Proficient in UX design software like Figma, with basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Ability to translate detailed requirements into comprehensive user experiences that fulfill Arrow's objectives.

• Apply UX design best practices, with a strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

• Familiarity with user-centered design, testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility principles.

• Capable of efficiently iterating on designs and solutions.

• Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.

• Demonstrate willingness to share knowledge, learn from teammates, and collaborate effectively.

• Openness to feedback and constructive criticism, with a passion for staying updated on UX trends and technologies.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with experience in customer experience measurement programs being a plus.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$41,041.67 - $65,010.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
