Job Description

The Role:
As a User Experience Engineer at Logitech, you will be an integral part of the User Trials Team, focusing on gathering valuable feedback to inform future product iterations. You will support the success of user trials in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, gaining experience in UX research, project management, and customer support. Your role will involve managing multiple user trials simultaneously while ensuring exceptional customer service and effective stakeholder communication.

Your Contribution:

  • Develop and manage multiple user trials concurrently, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as research scientists and product managers to align trial objectives and track progress.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for trial participants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any technical difficulties.

  • Communicate trial objectives, progress updates, and key findings to other internal departments professionally.

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Logitech's product portfolio and proactively learn about new and existing products.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solutions-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot user issues.
