A technologically driven mobile games publisher that specializes in hyper and hybrid casual games powered by an innovative monetization engine is looking for an experienced individual to join its team as a User Acquisition Team Leader.

The User Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of user acquisition specialists. The team is responsible for driving growth by acquiring new users for the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in user acquisition, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of user acquisition specialists
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies
• Track and analyze user acquisition data to measure results and identify areas for improvement
• Work with other teams to ensure that user acquisition efforts are aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals
• Present user acquisition results to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in user acquisition
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other user acquisition tools
