What product will you be working on?

Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What you’ll do:

  • Launch and scale ad campaigns to promote the product on our core platform — Meta.

  • Drive diversification strategy by testing and launching new traffic sources (e.g., TikTok, Google, and others).

  • Build and test user behavior hypotheses using performance marketing and CRO tools, and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Team.

  • Monitor and analyze EdTech market trends.

  • Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest new ad creatives and provide feedback on their performance.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition, and eager to grow fast.

  • Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads

  • Understand digital marketing metrics and unit economics;

  • Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up;

  • Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+);

  • Share our SELECT values and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, driven team.

Working schedule
