Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

Expect broad exposure: campaigns, analytics, funnels, ad creatives, and product, in close collaboration with product, data, and creative teams.

You’ll be part of a highly motivated User Acquisition team that combines a strong performance mindset with a supportive and friendly culture, where people care about results and each other equally.
Launch and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Web to App flow.
Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and generate insights to improve performance and ROI.
Work with analytics tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau) and use them for data-driven decision-making.
Participate in A/B testing and optimize conversion funnels.
Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad assets and pre-landing performance.
Suggest improvements to campaign-launch processes and analytics infrastructure.
Gradually take ownership — from supporting campaigns to managing them end-to-end.
Contribute to product decisions through marketing insights and performance data.
Have 0–1 year of experience in marketing, user acquisition, analytics, consulting, or are highly motivated to start your career in performance marketing OR you are a student or recent graduate in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Analytics, Engineering or similar). Bonus points if you study at UCU, KSE, KNU, KPI or similar analytical programs.
Have a basic understanding of digital marketing and how paid traffic works.
Are confident working with numbers and can use data to make decisions (Excel / Google Sheets).
Think analytically, pay attention to details, and enjoy solving problems.
Are curious, ask “why?”, and are eager to learn from scratch.
Are ready to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).
Have English at an intermediate+ level or higher.
