User Acquisition Manager – Monopoly Slots

Monopoly Slots is a fast-growing game within SciPlay, offering a dynamic environment with strong growth potential and real impact.

We’re looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to join the team and take ownership of day-to-day UA execution.

This will be the first dedicated UA role for Monopoly Slots, working closely with a manager who leads the overall UA strategy across the team and the game.

This role is ideal for someone sharp, analytical, and execution-focused — with strong critical thinking, a sense of urgency, and the ability to turn data and ideas into action.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage day-to-day User Acquisition execution for Monopoly Slots across paid channels
• Plan, Launch, manage and optimize campaigns with a strong focus on performance, growth, and ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and user-level data to drive data-backed optimizations
• Monitor user behavior, retention, and LTV, and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and CRM, teams to improve results in real time
• Initiate tests, experiments, and new optimization ideas, and execute them hands-on
• Identify new platforms, partners, and growth opportunities
• Manage ongoing budget tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps (mobile gaming experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience working with large datatset in a KPI-driven environment
• Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, tracking tools, attribution,and best practices
• A proactive, sharp thinker with strong ownership and sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Passion for gaming, growth, analytics, and performance marketing
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI innovation and how it can enhance UA performance, creativity and workflows
• BA/BS in a quantitative field (economics, math, engineering, or similar) – adavntage

Nice to Have

• Experience in free-to-play mobile gaming
• Passion for testing, learning, and scaling winning strategies
