The job

One of the key pillars to our growth is User Acquisition, and few UA teams can boast the history of success we’ve had since our founding.
Every day, they run, control and optimize a wealth of high quality creative media to deliver our message and continue the successful growth in the user base we’ve enjoyed Year on Year since 2015.

We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team! You'll manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, optimise performance, and collaborate with teams like privacy, product, and creative to scale campaigns and improve results.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in Google Search Ads.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools;
    • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and keyword management;
    • Experience in working with Google Ads API and with automation tools.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills;
    • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • PrivacyUnderstanding of principles of GDPR, CCPA and other regulations;
  • Creativity Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to craft engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, budget allocation, creatives assets management: ad copies, creatives requests;
  • Development of placements beyond search;
  • Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for KPIs such as RoAS, CPA, and LTV;
  • Collaboration with multiple teams within the organisation: privacy, AdTech, finances, product, analytics, creative studio and others;
  • Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and test new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.

Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) €3.300€4.500 EUR
