Job Description
We are looking for a UA Manager to join our growing Tetris Block Party marketing team and work with us to grow our huge community of players. We need someone with sharp business instincts, a great creative mind, who loves data and has a passion for running an operation at scale. Key Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end campaign funnels, including integrating new traffic sources, managing campaigns, and collaborating with creative teams to produce best-in-class creatives.
• Designing and executing A/B tests to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Managing key projects focused on optimising marketing campaigns with technical stakeholders, such as Data Scientists, to design and implement automated workflows that will improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Discovering and testing user acquisition growth hacks that will push our DAU & revenue up!
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key acquisition partners (getting them to do what’s right for us!).
Requirements
• 2+ years in mobile user acquisition, and ad buying analysis experience at scale.
• Campaign management on self-served platforms (such as FB, Google, DSP & Ad Networks) + Campaign management with fully managed networks (offerwall/CPE/incentivized) and partners
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to clearly communicate results and to define next steps.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel domain knowledge with a desire to develop additional technical skills.
• Strong business logic thinker who quickly identifies new opportunities to challenge the status quo.
• Ability to negotiate and effectively influence internal and external parties
• Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English.
