We're hiring a User Acquisition Lead at GetFeels — a hands-on performance marketer ready to own the full growth engine and scale into a leadership role.

You'll start by driving user acquisition across our product, then expand your scope over time to cover creative production, growth analytics, and overall growth strategy. We're looking for someone who pairs deep performance expertise with the strategic vision to grow into leading the function.

About you:

• 5+ years in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in User Acquisition (Facebook Ads – mandatory).
• Experience with subscription products.
• Experience in grey niches (dating, adult, or high-risk verticals).
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics (ROMI, LTV, CAC, retention metrics).
• Track record of scaling marketing budgets while maintaining ROI.
• Hands-on approach — ability to test, analyze, and make quick data-driven decisions.

What you will do:

• Own the growth and marketing strategy across one of our products.
• Manage and scale the marketing team.
• Lead User Acquisition (UA) — Meta/Facebook Ads expertise is a must.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels for subscription-based B2C apps.
• Drive and monitor key metrics and performance KPIs.
• Oversee marketing experiments, scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Handle challenges of “grey” domains — avoiding bans, managing ad compliance, testing bold creatives.
